Mini-minestrone soup

Minestrone is a lovely hearty soup and really good for cold weather. Last week it was raining and weather turned slightly cold for baby, so thought of preparing something warm soupy meal for her to enjoy on own. Though she can't have all of this soup on her own even with all the mess around.

She loves to pick up pasta and vegetables from the soup. You can use any kind of pasta of your baby's choice- animals, alphabets, stars. I have Heinz star pasta with me which goes well in this soup.
