Homemade Vegetable stock cubes

I usually prepare vegetable and chicken stock cubes for preparing baby food and adding it to while making porridge, pulses etc 

Carrot-1 chopped
Broccoli -5-6 florets & stem
Celery-1 stalk
Spinach- 6-7 stalks
Ginger- 10g 
Garlic- 3-4 pods
onion-1 large diced
Mushrooms- 4-5 
Bean sprouts-handful
Water- 500 ml

In a pressure cooker take all the vegetables and add water to it. I have pressure cooked for 15-20 minutes.

Open the cooker and on the low flame let it simmer for 40 minutes to an hour.

Later cool down and freeze it in cubes.

Transfer them to ziplock to use as when required to cook pulses, porridge etc for baby.
